It is rare to develop a fruit and vegetable allergy. In most cases, reactions are mild and are confined to itching or a rash around the lips and mouth.  This is called oral allergy syndrome. The small minority of people who react in this way to fruit or vegetables will also react to tree and weed pollens.

Cooking can destroy a number of the allergens in fruits and vegetables.  Hence, you may find that you can tolerate cooked fruit and vegetables better. Allergens in certain vegetables such as the celery are not affected by cooking.

Hence it is important to determine if your reactions would be the same for raw and cooked fruits and vegetables.  Knowing this can help you plan your meals better.
