You’re absolutely tired of having to live with your allergy symptoms.  Sneezing, coughing and wheezing are daily occurences that you have to contend with.  You find it hard to make through the day without using your allergy medications.

5. Horseradish.  Eating a spoonful of horseradish is excellent for clearing the sinuses.  Some experts suggest that you eat a spoonful of it daily until the allergy symptoms subside and then take it a few times each month to help prevent further allergy attacks.

6. Stinging Nettle.  Nasal symptoms can be treated by using freeze-dried stinging nettle.
